Plymouth Little League Player Eligibility

Little League boundaries play an important role in maintaining competitive balance and ensuring that Little League remains a community-based program. Each year, Plymouth Little League reviews its official boundary maps in accordance with Little League International guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements

Beginning with the 2025 season, players ages 4–7 may register with any Little League program of their choice and remain eligible in that league throughout their Little League career, provided they maintain continuous and uninterrupted participation and meet all other Little League requirements.

 

Players League Age 8–16 must meet one of the following eligibility requirements to participate in Plymouth Little League:

1. Residency

The player's primary residence must be located within Plymouth Little League's boundaries. Please note: Plymouth Little League's baseball and softball boundaries are different.

2. School Enrollment

The player must attend a school that is located within Plymouth Little League's boundaries and have been enrolled there since the beginning of the current school year.

​

3. Grandfathered Eligibility

A player who participated in Plymouth Little League during the previous season may remain eligible even if they no longer meet the residency or school enrollment requirements (for example, due to a move, school change, or other qualifying circumstance).

Important Information

• Players cannot be selected to a District Tournament Team until all eligibility documentation has been submitted and verified.

• Families establishing eligibility through residency must be prepared to provide three acceptable proofs of residence if requested.

• Families establishing eligibility through school enrollment must complete a School Enrollment Form signed by a school administrator if requested.
